Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide, including your name, email address and phone number, is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

Description of the Service

MIGs is a private online platform for service and operations management. Depending on your account, it may include identity verification support, document assistance, a prepaid wallet, order placement and order tracking. MIGs is not a government body and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

Account Registration and Security

• Provide accurate and current information, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.
• Do not share your credentials or transfer your account to another person.
• Notify us immediately through Contact Us if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may require a password change or other security measures if we believe an account is at risk.

Wallet, Orders and Payments

• Wallet balance is prepaid credit used to place orders. It is not cash, earns no interest and cannot be transferred to another user.
• Prices, fees and any refund conditions are shown before you confirm an order. By confirming, you accept them.
• Unused wallet balance is refundable only as stated at the time of top-up or where the law requires.
• Orders are processed as described at the time of purchase. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil and return its cost to your wallet.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit with an order, and for any charges incurred under your account.
• We may correct pricing or processing errors, including after an order is placed.

Identity Information and Documents

• Submit only information and documents that are genuine and that you are legally entitled to submit.
• Do not submit information about another person unless you have their authority to do so.
• We may refuse, pause or cancel any order that appears unlawful, fraudulent or inconsistent with these Terms.
• MIGs is not a government body. We cannot guarantee the decision of any authority, agency or third-party platform.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or network, or interfere with security features;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means without our written permission;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
• send spam, malware or any harmful or disruptive content; or
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law allows it.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store and process it only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right to submit it.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and logos, belongs to MIGs or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Service as intended, these Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services, such as email delivery. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Communications

You agree that we may contact you by email or phone regarding your account, orders, security and changes to the Service. Please keep your contact details current so that you receive these messages.

Privacy

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.

Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including for maintenance, security or business reasons.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or created a security risk. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply will do so.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIGs and its officers, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if we were advised that such damages were possible.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MIGs and its officers, employees and affiliates from claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us first so that we may attempt to resolve any concern informally.

General Provisions

• These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MIGs regarding the Service.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a business transfer.
• We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service after a revision takes effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
